**Room & Bed Preference**
Shared room accommodations are included in the retreat fee. Room and bed assignments will be made by the organizers based on the overall group size, room layout, and registration order.
Shared bed options may be available for couples, close friends, or family members upon request.
For guests who prefer to guarantee a private room or an individual bed/private sleeping arrangement, this option may be available for an additional $200, subject to availability.
Please note: If you select the standard shared room option, you may still be assigned to a queen or king room depending on the final room arrangement. The additional $200 fee only applies to guests who specifically request and confirm a private room or private sleeping arrangement.
